Person

This field contains a listing of available users with which you can 'swap' the current assignment / plan entry.  The field displays a concatenation of the user's last name, first name and username.

The values available in the drop-down will be limited to those users currently displayed on this same grid assigner / planner, that have all displayed grid cells blank.  You cannot move hours from one user to append to another users hours (the row of cells for the destination user must all be empty), thus only those users having an empty destination row will be included in the drop-down list.

Financial Org Restriction  When the Use Financial Organizations (unanet.financials.use_financial_orgs) property is enabled, the list of available people will be limited to those user's having a Person Organizations with the same Legal Entity as that of the Project's Owning Organization (unless the user's Person Org is not a Financial Organization).
