The Wage Determination maintenance screens are comprised of several sub-screens that allow for the management of wage determination attributes. These include the wage determination profile, attachments, locations, and occupations. These screens can be accessed via the Contracts >> Contract >> Wage Determination option.
Wage determinations can be associated to Service Contract Act (SCA) occupations, which can be associated with labor categories, which are associated with projects and people. The rates and locations listed on these wage determinations can be used on employees' timesheets, if their labor categories are associated with the SCA occupations and their People Profile >> Rates tab has SCA Wage Applies field checked.
These screens are available to users having the following roles: Contract Manager, Contract Viewer (only has access to view), P&R Administrator, or System Administrator.
These screens are available with Project Tracking license and above.

The Add Wage Determination icon is available on the Wage Determination List screen. Clicking on this icon will present the user with the Wage Determination Profile screen (described below).
Contract Managers can also edit (
) or delete (
) wage determinations via the Wage Determination List option.
The Profile tab is used to define various wage determination attributes. The information on this page comes from the wage determinations listed on the federal website: https://sam.gov/content/wage-determinations.
